I started to modify some pages and got into the php code for the first time ever.

I now have lost the poups, the buynow image on the product page and I want to remove the "New Products" box that appears in the middle of the screen/page. My question is firstly How do I get rid of the "New Products for September" box and how can i have category and product images that look normal as well as keeping the buy now box that normally appears next to each product.
