Converts 1st class mail to Express mail upon checkout. How can I fix it so stay 1st class if the customer chose that option?

check your SHIPPING section of the configuration area - you are adding a tare weight of 3lbs

Had a quick question about that new shipping module for 2.2? It adds 3lbs. to everything I add to cart and I just cant figure out why or where to change this? Is there a spot to adjust the beginning weight of the order?
