  1. Hi George, I followed your instructions exactly (except I changed the button because I have CSS buttons and it won't work) but it gave me a blank page when I clicked on the add to wishlist. When I went with the newer version and the corrections and fixes I had the issues I listed previously - every item added says it is no longer available and the price is $0. Then nothing can be removed from the wishlist. Thanks anway! K
  2. I am SOOOO frustrated!!! Everything is installed and it appears to work, UNTIL you view your wishlist, then EVERY item says "no longer available" the picture is a box with a red x and the prices are all $0. Also you cannot delete these "no longer available" items. There are checkboxes and there is a delete button, but it doesn't work. HELP! Where do I look to change whatever is wrong. I'm bug-eyed from searching through this code. :blink: Thank you! K
  3. Is there a way to have it NOT apply if the item is FREE? I need to implement a low order fee for items less than $1.00 but it is adding it to things that should be FREE. Thank you! K
  4. Your response is not helpful. That thread has been abandonded. No one responds to any questions and they haven't for a VERY long time. My question was not directed at the contribution itself because it DOES work on the old version of OSC. I need to know what in the new version of OSC would conflict with the contribution. This is not the only contrib. that won't work with the new OSC. If I can understand what is causing a problem with this one, it may help me make adjustments with others. If you want to help answer the question, don't point to outdated useless information. :rolleyes: Blessings, K
  5. I went back and looked again and it is also causing all payment modules except AuthorizeNet (both versions) to disappear from Admin. As soon as I revert all files to pre-Maxmind install, they magically reappear. :rolleyes: Hmmm.....Anything? I have NO clue, :blink: Thank you! K
  6. I am upgrading to the new OSC version and Maxmind is breaking the shop. I know it is this contrib because I am installing it first, lol. Everything looks ok until I click an add to cart or buy now button, each of them return a blank page. When I uninstalled Maxmind and refreshed the storefront both items I had clicked on were in the cart and were visible. SO, lol, what part of the code could do that and how can I change it so it will work properly with the new version of OSC? Thank you! K
  7. I have installed the August 8, 2008 version and everything seems to work EXCEPT the pop up link is not a link - it is just text. Where/how might I resolve or delete that? Thank you! K

  9. Hello! This looks like a great contrib but I can't get it to work. I have installed everything from the newest version and all the checkboxes and buttons are there but the buttons don't work - or rather nothing happens when I click on them. The check all button does nothing; if I check the boxes and click the uncheck all button nothing happens; and if I check boxes, choose a status change, and click update status nothing happens. The buttons to put comments in the box DO work, but they are the only ones. When I click on the buttons that do not work, I get a little message in the bottom corner of the browser that says "error on page" which I am guessing means a javascript error, correct? Does anyone know how to check this or fix it? Thank you in advance for your help! Blessings, Krisann
  10. I fixed it by changing the 'cutomers_id' to 'cvvnumber'. Now it only does it for credit cards and nothing is broken, lol. Blessings, K
  11. I am having a problem with the query trying to detect fraud in EVERY transaction - even free items. It is using up my limit of queries very quickly. I know there was a change to make it detect fraud for every transaction. It doesn't send any information for any other transaction anyway so this portion is useless to my store. I have tried to download the earlier version 1.53 but I am getting a time out error and it won't download. Does anyone know what to change BACK so that it ONLY looks at Credit Card transactions? I tried commenting out the: if (tep_not_null($sql_data_array['customers_id'])) { require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'maxmind/maxmind.php'); } but that resulted in the query being blank. I am not an expert in code, lol. So all help is greatly appreciated! Blessings, Krisann
  12. The only thing that has been changed is that I added another hosting account to my plan. It can have up to three hosted domains, I only had one but last month added another. The hosting company insists that adding a new hosted account could not affect these in ANY way. BUT since that is the only thing that is "new" I am thinking that might have something to do with it. However, I have no idea why it would affect it or how to fix it. Thanks again for all your help! Krisann
  13. I just spoke with the hosting company and they said there have been no changes. The current version of PHP is 4.4.8, MySQL Client API version 5.0.32, PostgreSQL(libpq) Version 7.4.7 (I don't know if any of that helps). The Register Globals is set to ON. I did not understand what the other poster was trying to say.   15. I found another contribution that stopped working! This time it is the "If you don't buy...tell us why". It was working and now is not. Instead of sending an email when you click on the link, it takes you to the page you are viewing! (It doesn't exactly refresh the page, the code in the link is for whatever page you are on.) I have not changed the owner email or the "send extra orders to" email. They are exactly the same. I have not added any new contributions in months. Why would all these things suddenly stop functioning? Please look at http://bestsewingdeals.com, hover over the "tell us why" button, and look at the link at the bottom of the browser window. Then choose ANY other page on the site and try it again. I have no idea how to fix this issue either except to get rid of the contrib. <_< But that won't help with the other two issues! Does ANYONE have any idea what is going on with this? It is getting really frustrating. Any useful suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Blessings, K
