leondigblue Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 My Flat rate shipping prices do not show when customers use paypal express and use the name and address that paypal sends to our order confirmation page. If the customer edits their address then the flat rate shipping shows... There seems to be something wrong with the address format that paypal is sending us so that the flat rate shipping module is not recognizing the address as a valid flat rate area. Any idea's on how to fix this without the customer having to edit their address each time to see the flat rate charge? Thanks for your help!
