I'm using this thumb contribution:

I set up a folder inside via ftp inside the images folder called "imagecache" and CHMOD it to 777 but the thumbs don't seem to be getting generated....

The thumb sizes on this page are the same as the full size images, the paths to the thumbs are not in the 'imagecache' folder and the image quality seems poor.

Any ideas? Any other mods to use to do the same....
