The third public osCommerce meeting will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, on the 30th of July 2005, with Harald Ponce de Leon, Matthijs vd Vegte, and Christian Lescuyer attending.

The focus of the public meeting will concentrate on the 2.2 Milestone 4 release with the integration of community made contributions, and to discuss the final 2.2 release launch event.

The project team members will be staying in Belgium from the 29th of July to the 1st of August to discuss the projects direction and to improve the services provided on the support site.

The exact location of the public meeting has yet to be decided on and will be known at the beginning of July. The location will be easily reachable via public transport means, and once known, a map of the location will be provided.

If you're interested in meeting part of the team and other community members, we'd appreciate it if you reply to this announcement on the community support forums so that an idea of how many people will be attending can be gained.

The location of the public meeting at Antwerpen/Belgium has been set, and is to be held at the Eco House Cafe (EHA!) near the main train station of Antwerpen (Antwerpen Centraal).

EHA! is about a 12 minute walk or 4 minute tram ride away from Antwerpen Centraal, and has a tram stop directly in front of it making it easily reachable with public transport.

The directions from Antwerpen Centraal Station are:

* Exit the station at the Zoo side
* Once outside, the Zoo entrance will be on your right. Straight in front is a square-like building.
* At the end of that is a hotel called Astrid Park Plaza.
* In front of the Astrid Park Plaza is a tram and bus stop.
* Take tram 10 or 24 for 3 stops. The third stop is called 'Drink' and is right in front of EHA!

EHA! is open on Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00, and the public meeting will take place from 15:00 +/- 20:30 on the 30th of July 2005.
